16th May at 13:30 - 16:30

The BBC period drama The Other Bennet Sister, which is based on a book inspired by Jane Austin’s Pride and Prejudice, includes scenes filmed at Dyffryn Gardens. The National Trust is holding an exhibition displaying costumes and accessories from the series. It makes use of rooms in parts of Dyffryn House that have been closed for conservation. The exhibition runs until August 31st – check for dates and times via this link:
Further information about the exhibition on the National Trust site.
Our group will be visiting Dyffryn House and gardens on Saturday 16th May to view the exhibition and to enjoy the gardens in their late spring glory.
Entrance to the exhibition is via the door to the Morning Room on the South Terrace. So we plan to meet up on the South Terrace outside at 13:30.
Admission to the exhibition is included with the normal price of entry to Dyffryn.
